    We will all know soon. IMO the court must strike the whole bill down. The individual mandate is unconstitutional and the rest of the bill is useless without it. If the court strikes down the individual mandate as unconstitutional, upholding selected parts of it would be legislating from the bench.

    The problem I see is that we are all paying attention to wether it is constitutional or not. We should be protesting that the government should get the hell out of health care altogether. If the court strikes the law down, they will most likely send it back to congress to get it right and then the republicans will help write a bill that includes some of the ACA.

    We will be still heading down the same path.

    The Democrats are in the dark about a lot of things.

    And asking the White House to explain Obamacare is like asking Henry Ford to explain the Edsel.

    Easy to figure out why. This white House has no idea how to lead. They will be leading from (ahem) behind, as per usual. I don't think they believe it will fail. I do seriously believe they have already told us what is coming. Barry O will whine at the real Americans and curse at the "activist" court which is upholding the Constitution. The race-baiters will go all Treyvon on the rest of the country and the beginnings of their civil unrest can be staged.
