I don’t recall Shiner as being 80 miles west of San Antonio! Maybe there are two towns by that name? Or maybe AP doesn’t have this story just right?

I truly believe this was justice served with the no bill by the grand jury.
Thanks NG for posting the story.

  3. ladykrystyna says:

Thank God. Justice was indeed served.

I like how Breitbart.com tryed to play up the emotional thing by saying the coroner considered the death a homicide. I read the whole article getting myself in quite a tizzy, until I got to the comments section where someone pointed out that by the very definition of homicide was that a man was killed by another, and didn't necessarily mean that the dad was charged with murder.

Corporate Bigs is going Journolist on us.

Anyways, I'm glad the dad didn't get charged, and I hope the parents do right by that little girl. She's probably going to need help for years to come…

It is all about the soap.
      Soap!
      Soap with a prize inside!

The goodwill they had accumulated is gone.
Those left there, had best hope that Andrew's coattails don't slip through their grasp…………

I might buy a case of Shiner to celebrate.

Good. then. There is still at least one haven of justice remaining in our country. The dead guy must have been illegal or something equally politically toxic. I don't see any race-baiters down there protesting.

    • Cowboy Logic says:

      It will be either, or.

Either this story will go viral, or it will die a silent death, and nobody will touch it.

Word is, the dead man had his green card.
Word also is, the Father, was a Mexican.

This story does not fit Al Sharpton's or Jesse Jackson opportunistic narrative.

      • Red47 says:

Thought the dad was lily. Besides, it is a Mexican and we know there is no love lost between the race-baiters and their minority competition.

        • Cowboy Logic says:

          Lily?
You mean as in Lily White?
I might be wrong, but am not totally sure.

          I have watched this story.
I watched the original video clips.

The MSM have tried their best to put their "Spin" on it.

Saying the Father was a rancher, and the dead man was helping him shoe horses.
The "Ranch" in my opinion, (and that opinion is based only on views the media has shown) looks to me to be probably a five acre ranchito, with a couple of lean-to shacks, and a couple of nag horses, that probably weren't worth hauling off to the soap-works.

It all ended as it should have ended, as far as I am concerned.  Have a good night buckaroo.

              Hey Red-

              just read your post.

If you listen to the 911 call the father is definitely hispanic.

That is what is keeping the racebaiters at bay.

The dead POS was here with a legal green card.

Come on, like him being here illegally would have deterred the LaRaza and Al Sharpton crowds.
They would have turned this child molester into a martyr if the father had been white.

The story line would have been that the father felt it was okay to kill him because the word "illegal" is racist and dehumanized the child rapist.

Thanks.  I figured there was some obvious problem if the Sharptons weren’t there.  When have they ever stood up for Mexicans, though?
