Maybe I'm crazy – however, I have a bad feeling that within ten minutes of the ObamaCare Affordable Health Care Act being overturned – Obama will rule by decree and use an Executive Order to implement the act and force it on America.

Using his recent history as a guide – I think this is highly likely.

    • kissmyaspen says:

I really hope you are wrong.

      • ★FALCON★ says:

So do I. But just look at Obama trying to hide those Fast and Furious documents. Executive Privilege can't be used to cover criminal acts. And look what he did with his blanket amnesty recently. Obama also ignored the Federal Courts on the drilling moratorium. He has a history of acting as a dictator.

    • Petroglyph says:

I'd bet on that one brother. He truly believes he is King DickTater.

      • ★FALCON★ says:

I was feeling really good about tomorrow – especially with the contempt vote – but after I thought of that outcome – I wasn't feeling so assured, friend.

If he were to slam this down America's throat – there would be a massive revolt – however, he doesn't care. He's already demonstrated many times his contempt for the rule of law.

Don't forget – he used a drone strike to kill an American citizen, not saying that al-Awlaki didn't deserve to meet his maker in Hell, but there are other ways especially when someone is a citizen of America. It sets another bad example and precedent.

        • jerseycowgirl says:

The question is, would there be a massive revolt? Like you, I'd like to think so, but I'm not so sure. Look at all the things he's already done. There should be more outrage. There are millions of people who have no idea of what's going on.
The MSM runs cover, so anyone who just watches those stations, is clueless. And most people aren't that tuned in. They are just trying to get through everyday life as best they can.

          • ★FALCON★ says:

It's my personal belief that if he were to ignore the Supreme Court and the procedure of law – there would be a revolt against this tyrant.

70 percent are against this abomination. That leaves the 30 percent taker class.

            • jerseycowgirl says:

Well it certainly would make things interesting!!

            • Petroglyph says:

Your comment brings up an interesting point.

Take a look at the polls. Rasmussen, who is "supposedly" unbiased shows the POTUS election as being close as do most other polls. Yet think back 3 years ago when he was only polling at 55% and you could go to Yahoo, CNN, ABC or any other left leaning site and nearly all the comments were in support of him. Now, you can't even find 20% of the comments supporting him on those sites.

America is waking up, don't trust Liberal media outlets and are speaking out now in opposition.

Something tells me the actual election will be wrought with fraud on a scale like Putin's and that is their ace in the hole.

Was it you who posted that Soros's company SCYTL in Spain won't be counting our votes? A quick search on Bing shows thousands of articles saying they will.

              • ★FALCON★ says:

Yes, it was me Petro – I heard it from Jim Quinn, from the Warroom, who said that it was wrong. I do agree that there are many articles stating the exact opposite – but I have to trust that Jim has it right or he wouldn't have admitted he was wrong, along with Michael Savage.

My girlfriend usually sees Jim on the weekends – I'll ask her to ask him.

by the way – have you been following this –

          • Hank_Scorpio says:

That's my question too. When I look at my neighbors and friends, we all talk a good game, and we all like to think we'd have it in us to stand up to this out of control administration. But when the sherrif shows up to take your guns, would we really be able to plunge our lives into chaos?

            I just don't know….

            • Deusexmachina says:

When the sherrif shows up to take the guns it will be the end of the Republic….

and we'll be at the mercy of the State as well as the criminals who don't have their guns on a data base…..

            • jerseycowgirl says:

Hopefully we will never have to find out.
I was referring more about our elected officials.
Where is there outrage about what he's done. They should all be on TV ranting and raving. I don't trust them.

          • Stephen_Brady says:

The MSM runs cover, as you have said, and Eric Holder protects him from the legal consequences of his actions. The moment … the very moment … that the election is over, and (God forbid) he is re-elected, the House needs to start impeachment proceedings.

            • Deusexmachina says:

If he's re-elected, Congress might as well go home….

and leave someone behind to rubberstamp the rest of his Progressive agenda…

              • Stephen_Brady says:

I hear you. It would be a Constitutional crisis that would end with the impeachment and removal of Obama, or a civil war. I don't think that there's a middle ground between the two. As for me and my house, we will not live in the Soviet Union.

            • jerseycowgirl says:

I can't even think about him being re-elected. It's too depressing.

              • Stephen_Brady says:

I know. Perhaps we need to pick one or more states, flood in, and push for secession, if that happens.

                • jerseycowgirl says:

I have thought about that. It wouldn't surprise me if that came up. Especially in Tx or Az. It seems those two would have the backbone to do it.

Which brings me back to my whining about not wanting to live in a hot climate!!!

                • Stephen_Brady says:

I think that Texas or Arizona might be tempted. But I'm with you about the hot climates. The best two summers I ever had were in International Falls, Minnesota. In both summers, we has a total of 2 90 degree days, and 8 80-degree days. The avg temperature in July was 67-72 degrees Fahrenheit!

Now, in northern Illinois, it's still 81 degrees, outside. You'd better believe that the AC is turned on!

                • jerseycowgirl says:

That's my kind of weather! But you don't want to spend the winters there. Isn't that always the coldest location in the lower 48?

My perfect weather would be highs of 65-70 and lows of 45-50. You would never need the AC or the heat. I love having the windows open and the fresh air coming in. I like to be outside a lot and once it hits 80, I'm cranky.

I see those commercials narrated by Tim Allen for Michigan, and they make me want to visit.

The last 4 days have been spectacular here. Lows in the 50's and 70-80 for the highs. Today will start at least a 5 day stretch of 90 plus degrees. I spend a lot of time hosing the horses off to cool them down in that kind of heat. They are in the barn during the day and out at night now, but once it gets that hot and humid the barn is pretty uncomfortable too.

        • Patriot2Opine says:

U.S. citizens are guaranteed a fair and speedy trial. Treason is punishable by death but the jury of his peers get to decide that, not the POTUS, SCOTUS, or Legislative. They can make the charges and begin prosecution but they don't get to be judge, jury, and executioner. The beauty of our Constitution keeps that in check, or used to. Clearly we have a problem with our Executive branch and the other two seem to be incapable of exercising the checks and balances. It is what happens when those with little honor and integrity are elected to govern.

        • DB523 says:

Curious Falcon, your post here echos much of the (rather long) article "Is Islam Compatible.."

Specially interesting is the observation that "personal status" trumps law…

The Won is "demostrating" his childhood indoctrination.

    • kissmyaspen says:

I know rule of law goes out the window with this guy.

But what would happen if he did issue an E.O. on this, even if the court throws it out?
Would or could congress do anything? The states?

      • DB523 says:

kiss of course "would or could…do anything" is possible… That is what I dread the most..

      • jerseycowgirl says:

        Exactly. Great question.

        • ★FALCON★ says:

The Congress would have no choice but to start impeachment. They would be forced. Would it be upheld in the Senate? Who knows? In an election year with so many totally pissed at the HealthCare Act – maybe.

          • jerseycowgirl says:

That's why I'm skeptical. Do they have the intestinal fortitude to do what they should. I worry.

      • Patriot2Opine says:

Those are great questions and the answer should be very easy. Unfortunately Congress seems to be impotent regarding the over-reach of the Executive branch. There have been several occasions where inquiries resulting in charges which could have easily led to impeachment should have prompted action. Obviously the partisan divide keeps integrity in hiding and the Senate would never take up the trial under Dingy Harry's leadership. The only way to clean any of this up is vote according the candidates stated Constitutional values and then hold them accountable. Seek integrity.

        • jerseycowgirl says:

I agree, but with so many people voting for the Rangels and Hatchs in this country, the odds are not good. There are so many people who vote, who wouldn't know integrity if it hit them in the face, unfortunately for us and the country.

          • Syrin23 says:

Keep in mind that Rangel got the recent vote merely because of creative re-districting. he would have lost had it been kept the same. Yes, blacks are the most racist segment of society and will vote for a black Hitler if he ran for office.

          • Patriot2Opine says:

You hit the nail on the head with, "There are so many people who vote, who wouldn't know integrity if it hit them in the face."

I think that the 'what's in it for me' crowd vote for the one who can keep the cash flowing. Of course, that particular populace doesn't care to know where the cash comes from. It is something they "feel" entitled to.

            • jerseycowgirl says:

It's amazing that they are savvy (sp?) enough to work the system, but can't see the bigger picture.

              • Patriot2Opine says:

It has become an inherited culture. It has been passed down through generations. The progressives have been poisoning them with entitlement bread for so long it is hard for them to know anything else.

                • jerseycowgirl says:

You are right. I guess it's so hard to wrap my head around because I wasn't raised that way.

        • Deusexmachina says:

This impotence you're seeing is actually the work of the shadow Republican party, those Progressive RINOs that are working behind the scenes to cut the legs off the true Conservatives…

          • jerseycowgirl says:

What do you suggest then? Viagra?

          • Patriot2Opine says:

I like to refer to them as the establishment Republicans. There are some who are actively progressive and there are others who are blindly following the progressive establishment. Either way, you are correct and it stems from an elitist mindset which has no claim on a particular party.

            • Deusexmachina says:

Well, I refer to them as traitors, who have enabled the Democrats to steal more of our freedom…

and I believe that some of them are actually on George Soros' speed dial…

              • Patriot2Opine says:

Agreed. Ferreting the SOB's out can be a PITA but even though some have managed to Rangel their way through primary's, the mere fact that they are being challenged shows we are moving in a good direction.

                • Deusexmachina says:

That fact is the reason cretins, like Charley Crist, have been exposed for the Progessives they really are…

    • ChiTownTom says:

I'm not to worried about that. He can force all he wants…in November he and Obamacare will be sent packing.

    • Syrin23 says:

FALCON, I hope he DOES do that. Why? People need a reminder going into the election about what a danger to this country this metrosexual America hating foreign born ass bag is to this country. Is the SCOTUS over turns it, Romney will be sure to comply.

Obamugabe's days are numbered. he knows it, and it's why he hired a thousand attorneys just recently.

      • ★FALCON★ says:

Great post Syrin, I couldn't agree more. You nailed it.

      • jerseycowgirl says:

Tell us how you really feel! I agree.

I am feeling guilty for secretly (not anymore) hoping things stay bad until the election so he can't say he fixed anything in the economy.
        Shame on me.

        • Syrin23 says:

We lost 37,000 businesses in 2010 when Obamanomics wasn't even in full effect. It's a mathematical IMPOSSIBILITY for the economy to turn around while he's in office. Plus, the largest tax hike in the history of the WORLD is pending in 6 months if this ass bag gets re-elected. NO business is going to risk ANY capital with that monster on the horizon.

          • jerseycowgirl says:

I don't know what I'll do if he gets re-elected. All morale will be gone.

You are right. Corporations are sitting on truckloads of money. Waiting…….

If he loses there will be a massive rally in the market. Just like when Ronnie got in. I remember that. I'd only been there a few months and really didn't know what was going on, but it was ELECTRIC!! There was a 1 1/2 hour tape delay that morning. (Way before hi-tech computerization).

            Exciting days.

  2. Hank_Scorpio says:

There really isn't anything that Obama has done right since taking office. Yet there are vocal people out there that think he can do no wrong. Granted, most of them are out of touch rich celebrities, but their complete lack of common sense is shared by hardcore Obamabots.

    And they vote….

    • Deusexmachina says:

Well, the Democratic voters that aren't dead are, for all intents and puposes, brain dead….

  3. Stephen_Brady says:

In a sense, he has morphed into Jimmy Carter …

In a sense? Even Jimmy Carter is criticizing him. Zero IS Jimmy Carter, but with more far-reaching effects. If there are objective historians to record it, Zero's presidency will be remembered as the most disastrous in American history.

  4. Taxpayer1234 says:

OZero is a big d*ckweasel. If he tries to neutralize any SCOTUS decision tomorrow, there'll be hell to pay–from his own supporters, many of whom don't want/like Obamacare.

    Pass the popcorn.
