I'm reminded of another famous COL.

COL Potter on M*A*S*H… "Horse Apples!"

This psyop balloon is total CRAP.

    'Nuff said

"This psyop balloon is total CRAP."

I need an explanation of a "psyop balloon" and what that exactly means in this particular instance.

      Thanks. :-D

      • VA_Rancher says:

Ma'am, PSYOP is Psychologial Operations. By Balloon I mean "floating a thought baloon up to see if it floats/flys"

This is some persons idea of a thought experiment to see if this idea can get traction. If you read some of the comments on the article, many of them think the same. I was echoing that sentiment and agreeing.

        That is what I meant.

But really what I think is it is "Horse Apples"…

If the lefty leaders of the military think the rank and file will follow their commands, they have another thing coming. I will bet hard money that the leaders will be the first to fall should the shyt hit the fan. The American people are patriotic at their core and know when they are being hoodwinked.

BTW, blue helmets make wonderful targets.

    • Deusexmachina says:

Sadly, some will follow those commands…..

and the American people will deal with them as traitors….

    • ladykrystyna says:

One thing my ex shared with me from this last time in Afghanistan – most of the military (rank and file) do NOT like Obama at all.

So I agree – most of the rank and file will not turn on us. There will be some that do, but I don't think they'll have enough to make it worth it.

      • Oregontea says:

Those that do can be piled up along side the blue helmets that willtry and take our rights away. They better buy lots of body bags, the will need them.

    • Canadianlady says:

However, if young soldiers are being taught how to fight against citizens' revolts on American soil, that should give everyone pause for concern. Just like the leftist university system, it's only a matter of time before it pervades the rank and file; and as the author stated, it's already crept into the mindset of half the Pentagon. If anything's to be done about this, it must be done soon.

  3. goon48 says:

According to the vision articulated by Benson, future warfare will be conducted on our own soil. The military will use its full force against our own citizens. The enemy will be average citizens whose values resonate with those articulated by the tea party.

The US Army soldiers will not take out it's own citizens. Many in the U.S. Army feel the same way as the Tea Party Activists.

  4. Hank_Scorpio says:

This is completely unacceptable. He is brainwashing troops to regard TEA party people, normal law-abiding citizens, as a potential threat. There is absolutely no evidence to support this idiocy, however there is plenty of evidence to support left-wing groups as violent insurgents.

  5. Stephen_Brady says:

When the leaders of the group hold a press conference to announce their goals, they invoke the Declaration of Independence and argue that the current form of the federal government is not deriving its “just powers from the consent of the governed” but is actually “destructive to these ends.” Therefore, they say, the people can alter or abolish the existing government and replace it with another that, in the words of the Declaration, “shall seem most likely to effect their safety and happiness.”

    Makes sense to me …

  6. Nick Shaw says:

I don't get it. The armed forces are going to be used on the Tea Party and people that support them?
When is this going to happen? When they are all seated in their lawn chairs? While they are cleaning up after an activity?
    How delusional are these people?
Well delusional enough I guess when they want to call a Nazi who shoots people at a Temple a domestic terrorist but, when a muslim shoots people at work it's called workplace violence.
Let's compare the number of times the Fort Hood murderer is called a muslim versus the number of times the Temple murderer is called a Nazi or "right wing extremist", shall we? Do you think the two latter terms will be barred from the court proceedings? Yeah, I doubt it too.

  7. Canadianlady says:

I think the higher ups in Washington know that a catastrophe is coming. It's probably a global, financial meltdown that will lead to chaos. They know that when Americans discover what the government has done to the country, how badly it's mismanaged things, there will be an uprising that will put the politicians in danger.

Think about the media's treatment of the Tea Party and how out of sync their portrayal of it has been compared with the truth as we know it. Think of how they refused to cover major Tea Party events, lest the truth come out. The media policy regarding the Tea Party has seemed irrational. Why has this been happening? To put the idea out into the culture that the Tea Party are something to be feared; and when the sh*t hits the fan, the newly trained (brainwashed) military will swoop in and take out the Tea Party insurgents, something that will be a lot easier for them to do when they've been conditioned to view them as enemies; and something that the public will already have been conditioned to accept as necessary. That's how these politicians plan to fight off the armed revolution that's coming.
