I'd more suggest that barry sees it as an impediment to his ruling as a king/dictator.
Too bad that many seem to be so myopic. Hindsight will be 20/20.
As a non-legal person, I am wondering why these proponents of this "philosophy" are allowed to serve in any govt position where they are sworn to uphold the Constitution.
Services included a Military to "protect and defend" and a few government employees to round out the 3 Branches. As I look at this, it is mind-boggling how much the Fed Gov't has taken over. Libraries and hospitals WERE private. There was NO EPA, DoE, Ed Dept. Labor Dept, Commerce, Transportation, Interior. NO foreign aid, SEC, FCC, CIA, blah blah blah.
When are the states going to step up to the plate and say "Enough"? Personally, I say "Secession"!!!
If the supreme court doesn't knock down Obamacare, then we know there is no pretense of the constitution having any influence. I want it back!
We have to undo the corruption done by statist decisions. It will take awhile. I have some extra time on my hands.
I don't mind, I'd rather do this from home than a re-education center.
