      The Solicitor General today said it was NOT about racial profiling.

      Kinda goes against Obama's claim:

      “If you are a Hispanic-American in Arizona, your great-grandparents may have been there before Arizona was even a state. But now suddenly, if you don’t have your papers and you took your kid out to get ice cream, you’re gonna be harassed. That’s something that could potentially happen. That’s not the right way to go.”

      Perhaps he didn't get the memo.

      This is a bit of a surprise to me. Maybe just maybe dodomayor has been influenced a little by the conservative side of the issue. Time will tell on that one. This shouldn't even be an issue if the feds were doing "all" they could with enforcement which includes the illegal aliens and their enablers.

    Obama's real concern about Arizona's tough stance on illegals is because he knows he wouldn't be able to campaign there without the threat of being kicked out of the country! Gotta get SB1070 rolling in more states! wouldn't it be a blast if Obalma would be wouldn't be able to campaign in 1/2 the states by November? (let's see that 57- oh and one more he didn't get to campaign in in 2008- and then divided in half- add… New math was made up by liberals wasn't it? Don't make sense)

    I heard that Sotomayor recused herself today. Any truth to that?

      She participated. Kagan recused herself because she was working at justice when they were working on this lawsuit.

      Either way they are minus one if the liberals.

        Thanks Chief. That's what I thought. My wife is out of town so I'm running the homestead solo and I haven't had time to dig deeper. Now if we can just get Kagan to recuse herself from the Obamacare case…
