You might ask, then why would the state of VT ban fracking?
Actually it's the rabid LEFT's enviro-kooks drilling for legal precedent, not nat gas or oil…
They hope to use this law for a springboard to eventually kill the practice, that is leading to an oil and nat gas boom in the U.S. The practice of capitalism is being inhibited, at every turn, on every level by these commieCRATS running too much of our gub'mit.
